A Teach 'n Go alternative built for Cyprus & Greece.
Teach 'n Go is a great global product. EduPay is the local one — Greek interface, parent QR view (no app), transparent pricing from €15/month, and a feature set focused on how frontistiria, ωδεία and σχολές χορού actually bill.

Which one should you actually pick?
Pick Teach 'n Go if…
You're a multi-country academy, you need built-in attendance and a full booking/CRM stack in one tool, your parents will install a dedicated school app, and you're comfortable getting pricing on request rather than from a public page.
Pick EduPay if…
You run a tutoring center, frontistirio, ωδείο, σχολή χορού, language center or martial arts academy in Cyprus or Greece, you want a Greek-speaking admin and a frictionless parent view (no app), and you'd rather pay €15–€45/month with the price visible up front than negotiate.
EduPay vs Teach 'n Go — where they actually differ.
Same broad category (school management software), very different shapes. Here's what matters for a frontistirio in Nicosia, Limassol or Athens.
Comparison reflects publicly available information as of 2026. "Teach 'n Go" is a trademark of Teach 'n Go Ireland Limited; this page is an independent comparison and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Teach 'n Go. If anything below is out of date, tell us and we'll update it.
Global software is great. Local software fits.
Built in Cyprus
Designed by people who actually walked into frontistiria in Nicosia, Limassol and Larnaca and watched how owners chase WhatsApp payments on Sunday nights.
QR over apps
Cypriot and Greek parents will scan a QR. Most won't install a school app. EduPay leans into what already works.
Pricing you can see
€15, €29, €45 per month — based on student count. No quote, no sales call, no "contact us".
Greek school year
The whole product is structured around the September–June school year, not a generic 12-month cycle.
Greek emails out of the box
Reminder and welcome emails are written in Greek. No template translation work on day one.
Narrow on purpose
EduPay isn't trying to be a CRM, attendance system, booking engine and SIS. It's the payment layer — small, fast, finished.
Switching takes one evening.
If you're already on Teach 'n Go (or a spreadsheet), you can be on EduPay before the next billing cycle.
- Export your students.
Teach 'n Go → Settings → Students → Export to CSV. Or pull a list from your existing Excel.
- Import into EduPay.
Map columns (name, parent phone, class, monthly fee). Fix typos. Save. The dashboard fills up.
- Print or text the QR codes.
Each student already has a unique parent QR. Send it on WhatsApp the same day.
- Mark September as paid where it already is.
Two clicks per row. Parents see the live status the next time they scan.
Honest answers, not sales pitch.
Is EduPay a direct replacement for Teach 'n Go?
For payments, students and parent communication — yes. For built-in attendance and a public booking calendar — not yet. Most frontistiria don't need those modules; if you do, Teach 'n Go is the better fit and we'll tell you that.
Will my parents understand the QR thing?
Cypriot and Greek parents already scan QR codes for restaurant menus and ΚΤΕΛ tickets. Pointing a phone at a code is easier than installing an app, creating an account, and remembering a password.
Can I import my data?
Yes. CSV import handles students, parent phones, classes and starting fees. Tests and historical payments can be marked manually after import.
Is EduPay actually cheaper?
For most small and mid-sized frontistiria — materially. €15/month under 20 students, €29/month under 65, €45/month above. Teach 'n Go quotes individually, so we can't post their number, but our pricing is fixed and visible.
What if I outgrow EduPay later?
You can export everything you've put in (students, payments, tests) at any time. We're not in the lock-in business.
