1. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device by a website when you visit it. They allow the website to remember your session, preferences, and other information to provide a working and consistent experience.

2. How EduPay Uses Cookies

EduPay uses cookies minimally and only for purposes that are strictly necessary for the platform to function. We do not use cookies for advertising, tracking across third-party websites, or profiling.

4. Third-Party Cookies

Some third-party services we integrate with may set their own cookies:

  • Stripe: If you visit the Stripe billing portal or checkout page, Stripe may set cookies on their own domain for fraud prevention and session management. These are governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy.
  • Google Fonts / Cloudflare: Font and icon CDN requests may be logged by those providers. No persistent cookies are set by these services on the EduPay domain.

5. What We Don't Use Cookies For

We do not use cookies for:

  • Advertising or remarketing
  • Cross-site tracking or analytics profiling
  • Selling data to third parties
  • Social media tracking pixels

6. Managing Cookies

You can control and delete cookies through your browser settings. Please note that disabling cookies will prevent you from staying logged in to the admin panel, as authentication relies on cookies being available.

Here are links to cookie management guides for common browsers:

  • Google Chrome
  • Mozilla Firefox
  • Apple Safari
  • Microsoft Edge

7. Consent

By using EduPay, you consent to the use of the strictly necessary cookies described in this policy. Since we only use essential cookies required for the platform to function, no separate cookie consent banner is required under applicable law.
