TL;DR

Which one should you actually pick?

Pick Classe365 if…

You run a K-12 school, university, or vocational academy with hundreds of students and you genuinely need a unified platform: admissions CRM, full Student Information System, learning management with course content, attendance, transcripts, and a dedicated parent and student app. You have someone on staff to drive the implementation and you're comfortable getting pricing through a quote rather than a public page.

Pick EduPay if…

You run a tutoring center, frontistirio, ωδείο, σχολή χορού, language center or martial arts academy in Cyprus or Greece. You don't need an LMS. You don't need an admissions CRM. You need to know who paid, flag who didn't, and let parents see their balance without installing anything. €15–€45 per month, set up in an evening.

Side by side

EduPay vs Classe365 — where they actually differ.

Both sit in the "school management software" category, but they target very different shapes of institute. Here's what matters for a frontistirio in Nicosia or an ωδείο in Athens.

The focus angle

Big software is powerful. Focused software ships.

🇨🇾

Built in Cyprus

Designed by people who watched frontistirio owners chase WhatsApp payments on Sunday nights — not by a global SIS team optimizing for K-12 districts.

🎯

One job, done well

Payments and parent visibility. No LMS, no admissions, no transcripts. If your problem is "did the parent pay?", that's the only thing EduPay solves.

📱

QR over apps

Cypriot and Greek parents will scan a QR. Most won't install a school app. EduPay leans into what already works.

Pricing you can see

€15, €29, €45 per month — based on student count. No quote, no sales call, no "contact us".

Setup in an evening

CSV import, classes, prices, print QRs. No implementation project, no consultant.

🗓

Greek school year

The whole product is structured around the August–June cycle, not a generic 12-month enterprise calendar.

Migration

Switching takes one evening.

If you're already on Classe365 (or anywhere else), you can be on EduPay before the next billing cycle.

  1. Export your students.

Classe365 → Students → Export to CSV. Or pull a list from your existing Excel.

  2. Import into EduPay.

Map columns (name, parent phone, class, monthly fee). Save. The dashboard fills up.

  3. Print or text the QR codes.

Each student already has a unique parent QR. Send it on WhatsApp the same day.

  4. Mark already-paid months.

Two clicks per row. Parents see the live status the next time they scan.

FAQ

Honest answers, not sales pitch.

Is EduPay a direct replacement for Classe365?

For payments, students and parent communication — yes. For LMS, admissions CRM, full attendance and transcripts — no, and we'll tell you that. If your institute genuinely needs all four, Classe365 is the better fit.

I run a frontistirio with 60 students. Which is better?

Almost always EduPay. Classe365's modular suite is overkill for a frontistirio that just needs payment visibility — you'd pay several times more for features you'll never enable.

Can I import my data from Classe365?

Yes. CSV import handles students, parent phones, classes and starting fees. Tests and historical payments can be marked manually after import.

Will my parents understand the QR thing?

Cypriot and Greek parents already scan QR codes for restaurant menus and ΚΤΕΛ tickets. Pointing a phone at a code is easier than installing an app, creating an account, and remembering a password — which is what Classe365's parent app requires.

What if I outgrow EduPay later?

You can export everything you've put in (students, payments, tests) at any time. We're not in the lock-in business — and if you genuinely outgrow into a real SIS, Classe365 will still be there.
